Who are Spruce CX?

Spruce CX are an organisation that was formed in 2013 by experts with over 17 years of experience in designing, configuring, developing and maintaining CRM applications.

Since 2013 we have grown our talents further and gained essential expertise in a whole range of activities from integrating CRM's with front or back end systems to building custom web applications or websites.

We are a small company but we deliver big solutions that always focus on the end customer experience.

Where we Operate

Spruce CX headquarters is based in the North East of England / Newcastle upon Tyne. We are very experienced in remote working and have even worked on projects across Europe remotely.

If, however, you need "on site" consultancy we are flexible and will always try to accommodate your needs whether it's for a simple meeting or full "on site" presence, however please keep in mind that day rates will vary depending on location and frequency for consultancy work.
